in 1988, Ms. Wing also is admitted to the federal bars before the U.S. District

Trial Bar), District of Colorado; Central District of Illinois, Western District
of Wisconsin and Western District of Michigan.
Her legal experience has revolved around the investment industry including practicing before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, National Futures Association, Securities Exchange Commission, National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., New York Stock Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board Options Exchange and many other exchanges.
