FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Promotes Toby Koehn to
Manager Position in Cedar Falls Office

CEDAR FALLS, IA, April 15, 2008: today announced that Toby Koehn has been promoted to Customer Service Manager.  He joined the company in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative in Cedar Falls and holds a Series 3 license.

Mr. Koehn will be implementing new efforts throughout the company’s Customer Service division in the future, which will include supporting the BEST Direct suite of 17 different trading platforms for trading online securities, futures and forex.  As a team leader for that division, Toby will manage employee hiring, training and performance.  He serves as part of the Management Committee. Customer Relations Director Paige Miller said that her team is expanding in direct proportion to the company’s growth in new trading accounts and increased business through the PFG BEST Direct online trading system.
