FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Russ Wasendorf, Jr. Appointed President and COO of PFGBEST.com; Neil Aslin Appointed Vice Chairman

Chicago, January 15, 2008: Effective immediately, Russ Wasendorf, Jr. has been appointed President and COO of PFGBEST.com.  In that role he runs all aspects of PFGBEST.com and affiliated companies on a day-to-day basis as mandated by the Executive Committee.

Neil Aslin, formerly the President of PFGBEST.com, has been appointed Vice Chairman, continuing to focus on development of institutional structured managed products for sustainable investing opportunities. Mr. Aslin joined the company in 1998 and was appointed President in 2002. During this period, he also served as a member of the Executive Committee and will continue in that capacity.

Russell R. Wasendorf, Sr., Chairman and CEO of PFGBEST.com, said that Russ Wasendorf, Jr. has brought many business successes to bear since he joined the privately-held company in 1987. “In keeping with our longstanding commitment to industry thought leadership, Russ Jr. is an outspoken advocate on the importance of trading forex – the fastest-growing investment sector – as a regulated market, just as we do futures. To that end he is one of three founding members of the FX Industry Association created in 2007.  He also represents the derivative industry and especially the customer point of view in a broad array of media,” Russell R. Wasendorf, Sr., said.

Russ Wasendorf, Jr. has served the company in a variety of roles, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. Endeavors that have been extremely successful during his 21-year stewardship include launches of BEST Direct, one of the first electronic trading platforms to link directly to the CME Group’s Globex trading engine in 1998; creating the FOREX Division and new platforms to capture the explosive electronic trading opportunities in FX; numerous acquisitions and integrations with strategic partners; and, expansion of the PFGBEST.com global network of introducing brokers to nearly 400.

“By focusing on three key priorities we are capitalizing on our particular niche as a privately held and run FCM, ranked as one of the Top 50 Brokers by Futures magazine annually,” Russ Wasendorf, Jr. said. The key priorities he identified are packaging and distribution of products and technologies to reach an expanding audience; the best people and best technologies; and excellence in customer-driven service and support.
