PFG Shanghai Office Grows Rapidly From Forex Business;
Clients in First China Branch Eager for Futures to Launch

Chicago, March 29, 2007 Peregrine Financial Group, Inc. (PFG), which opened its first office in Shanghai in February as part of the expansion of the PFG Asian Division, announced that clients in China eagerly await the launch of financial futures on the dormant China Financial Futures Exchange. Officials of the China Securities Regulatory Commission suggest that the launch could occur in the first half of 2007, as existing legislation governing commodity futures will likely be extended to financial markets.

"Our customers in Shanghai and throughout China, working with PFG's first branch in Asia, are very active in forex markets; they understand forex markets and trading. Our business has grown more rapidly than we expected in the first months of operation since the start of 2007, and the activity through the web as well as from our Shanghai office has been phenomenal," said Mr. Kem Chong, director of the PFG Asian Division. "PFG has a loyal following of Chinese clients who are well prepared to access markets and market information in order to expand their investment capabilities. PFG offers forex, futures, options, online trading and education in the languages that customers in China prefer, via platforms that work well internationally. This is a core strength for PFG," Kem Chong stated.

One of PFG's key initiatives is the expansion of global distribution. In addition to the Shanghai office, PFG has branches, subsidiaries, a network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), and customers in more than 80 countries. Technology objectives and continuous development of an industry-leading distribution network, and new product offerings for retail traders are among PFG's strategic objectives.

The variety of systems that PFG specializes in helps customers select the best trading services for their needs.
